  1. You brief us on your requirements, budget and event aspirations (e.g. are you looking for conference venues with accommodation, a training venue, residential conferences venues or a 5* luxury hotel)
  2. We use our database of over 28,000 venues, plus our sector knowledge to source a range of options for you
  3. We present you with a detailed, branded proposal of suitable venues (including a clear breakdown of costs, availability, full details and facilities, maps and location, transportation and images)
  4. You choose the venue that matches your needs, arranging suitable site visits for you to see the venue
  5. We’ll continue to negotiate on rates and terms and conditions on your behalf and make your booking for you, issuing a confirmation to the venue.
  6. We are paid a modest commission from the venue after the event has taken place. No fees are added on to any of the rates we quote to you.
